Phase 1: Foundation Package - Completed

| Alhamdulillah, this Phase has now been completed. Approximately 2300 tons of soil were excavated. 476 m3 of Concrete was poured. Cut and bend 7.5 tons of Re-bar for Ground Beams. |

Phase 2: Superstructure - Completed
Alhamdulillah, Steel Frame Erection was Completed on 24th June 2009 ahead of schedule.
200 Tons of Steel were used to construct the Super Structure.

Phase 3: Ground, Upper Floor & Pre-Cast Stairs - Completed
Alhamdulillah, Work on this Phase has now been completed. 38.3 Tons of rib decking was used on first,second and third floors. 15.4 Tons of Fabric Mesh was used on first, second and third floors. 517m3 of concrete was poured on first, second and third floors. 3 x Pre-cast stairs and lift pit constructed from waterproof concrete.
